I'm hoping you're wrong about Fresh Market because I enjoy shopping there. However, I'm most surprised about Charlotte's in NH. As someone who worked for Hickory Hams (BR's early incarnation) back in the day and enjoyed BR in its hey day, it was downright depressing. The food itself was pretty bad as well. My wife said "It looks like they've given up in here and are just waiting to close". I couldn't disagree.

They have closed their bike store and hardly anyone is in there. It looks Crabtree is going to have some vacancies in the spring, but I am sure they have already attracted tenants.
