Ray LaMontagne Returning to Cary

LaMontagneOn Monday, September 19, Ray LaMontagne will return to Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheatre. Brandi Carlile opens. Tickets go on sale this Friday morning (5/20).

Here’s a little something for the sneering hipsters to ponder: when I was at Macaroni Grill, they were playing Ray LaMontagne. (commence writhing)

    I want to understand your last sentence. Are you suggesting that Ray LaMontagne is Macaroni Grill type of music, or that it’s hipster type of music, or something else?

    I sure hope he’s not Macaroni Grill type of music. I have made the bold statement before that I think he is the best American singer songwriter we’ve had since Dylan.

      Well….they did play the music at Macaroni Grill….

      I’m not slamming on Ray, though; just trying to make hipsters to explode with their knots of logic. I’m sure there are plenty of are sick of Ray and think he’s sold out. Whatever.
