I went to see John Prine (folk singer) a couple of weeks ago and you would think we were at a punk rock extreme concert the way the staff behaved. I had the extremed displeasure of sitting in the seated area near the stage on the aisle and right in front of the stage was a staff member whose sole purpose was to grimace at the crowd and keep the aisle clear. I young lady actually stepped into the aisle a few times enjoying the show and dancing and was REMOVED. The only person she bothered was the staff member. He seemed to bother more people in his behavior.

Pause near the stairs and you will quickly be asked to move. We were not even blocking the way but within 30 seconds told we had to move on.

Given the enforcement, it was amazing that when the staff could have actually done some good – quiet the people all around who would not stop talking, despite others trying to Shoosh them (this is a folk concert, lets face it the music does not blar taking out).

I mentioned it to one of the staff when she was clearing the aisle…and she noted that I was in fact talking (to her).

As for me, Kokobooth is no longer even a remote option.

On top of everything else, the fact that it is such a nightmare getting out of there (it is on a dead end, right?), is enough to deter me alone.
