  1. North Hills is no longer a "mall"
  2. Spring Rolls and 115 are good, but nice job omitting the locally owned, exceptional Vivace and Coquette. Yeah, nothing impressive there
  3. Name another lifestyle center that has as big a proportion of locally-owned businesses. In case you haven't noticed, the economy is in shambles, and NH has done quite well at attracting and retaining retail in the meantime.
  4. I like the way that you commented 49 days after the post went up, complaining that NH and Raleigh are "behind the times".
Nice review.

Two best places to dine that is worth your money, Spring Rolls and Midtown 115. Spring Rolls is the best Asian food in this "not so metro and not so trendy" city. Very behind the times with restaurants considering it's the fastest growing city in the nation. Bar 115 has a great vibe and good food. Almost every other restaurant in North Hills is corporate and all their food looks and taste the same. Was in North Hills mall last week and nothing impressive about it. Very authentic food and the service is wonderful! We work at a locate restaurant down the street and it's nice to get good food and be waited on by a great staff! Hope this one stays! It's was pretty decent. It's definitely pan-Asian with an urban edge; I hope the location at North Hills works for them. @MikeB: Chubby's in Falls River?!? That's phenomenal news - no more driving to Lake Boone... ;) @Dana: we recently visited Toronto and ate at one of the locations there, with no idea there was one coming here! It’s was pretty decent. I saw them listed as a coming soon tenant on something recently. Just an FYI, Chubby’s is supposedly opening up in Falls River Town Center sometime later this year. Maybe it's not the location that's an issue, but the style of food they keep trying to shoehorn in there? Put a Chubby's and make Moe's sweat. I walked past this place and simply laughed.
