Two of us got what we ordered. We agreed to eat what was brought (pizza instead of sub) and they gave one of us $3 off but not the other one. Not a good start! We complained and they eventually took care of it but it took a long time... Already down at 92% and change score on cleanliness. I will give them another chance in a few months.

The food was fine, nothing special. Probably on par with Applebee's, Fridays, that ilk. I asked the waitress if the owners were the same and she said no, but she may be mistaken. I'm not sure how long this format will last. There's not much to differentiate Mason's from other similar restaurants.
