The property in question here is on Arrow Drive, so it is the 4th large project proposed for the area skirting Crabtree.

That sign has been there forever, at least a year and a half. The site fences which usually indicate the beginning of a construction project have been installed within the last month however!

I ran across a sign today at Triangle Town Boulevard and Old Wake Forest Road saying a Walmart was coming to that intersection. The sign was on the northeast corner.
