Taste Carolina Announces More Food Tours

Taste Carolina Gourmet Food Tours is back with another round of events celebrating the great culinary destinations in The Triangle.

Evening Tapas Crawl

Explore downtown Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill/ Carrboro with Taste Carolina’s new evening tour. Guests visit 4 to 5 restaurants and bars to sample local cuisine and beverages.

Girls’ Night Out

Hey girls, treat yourself to a culinary experience; a tour designed especially for women. Indulge in wine, cocktails, appetizers, small plates, and rich desserts at 4 to 5 restaurants and bars in downtown Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill/Carrboro.

Raleigh Drinks!

Taste Carolina’s popular ‘Brews Cruise’ has moved to Saturday afternoons. Guests visit Raleigh’s newest bars for appetizers and beer, tour a brewery and sample beers with the Brewmaster, and conclude with a local beer tasting at Foundation.

The Chocolate Tour

Inspired by “Chocolate: The Exhibition,” at The Museum of Natural Sciences, Taste Carolina Gourmet Food Tours will continue its popular Chocolate Tour all year long. Guests explore a small-batch chocolate factory in downtown Raleigh, indulge in handmade chocolates at one of the country’s most unique chocolate shops, and feast on chocolate in many forms. From savory sauces at notable restaurants, to chocolate in soda, stout, and of course, cupcakes, there is a lot to enjoy!

Saturdays , October 24, November 21, December 12. $37 for all ages. Two tours per day: 10:30am – 1pm (suitable for chocolate fans 8 and up; includes a box lunch); 2pm – 5pm.
