Globe will be participating in Triangle Restaurant Week from Monday May 11th through Saturday May 16th. During dinner service that week we will be offering a selected menu of choices for three courses for $25 per person. We will also be serving our regular menu during the week, but this is a great chance to come and sample a wide range of food for a discounted price.

First Course
*Vegetarian Red Curry Coconut Soup with Carrots, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Basil, Ginger, Lime Juice and Rice Sticks.
* Mixed Greens Salad with Bacon, Shaved Parmesan and House Made Red Wine Vinaigrette and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
*Pan Seared Scallops with Asparagus and Tarragon, Caper Vinaigrette.

Second Course
*Moroccan Meatball Tagine in Braised Vegetable Tomato Sauce with Spinach, Almonds, Honey, Yogurt and Cous Cous.
*Seared Salmon with Roasted Onions, Asparagus, Herb Poached Potatoes and Tomato Beurre Blanc.
*Grilled Filet Mignon with Buttered Whipped Potatoes, Asparagus and Red Wine Zinfandel Sauce.

Dessert
*Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice Cream Chocolate sauce and Candied Nuts.
*Four Nut Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce.
*Vanilla Panna Cota with Orange scented Black Mission Figs.

This event was a huge success last year and we are expecting a lot of interest. It is not required, but if you are interested in joining us we strongly recommend a reservation to ensure your space.

This is a very special week for the Triangle. The people putting on this week seem committed to 110% excellence. Sitti was really good. I went there for lunch and was so full that I didn’t eat dinner yesterday. Hungry?…Why wait? Triangle Restaurant Week.
