Hall of Fame Concert Returns
Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheatre will again play host to one of the country’s most unique music festivals as the 2nd Annual Benefit Concert for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum (“Rock Hall”) returns on Sunday, September 6. Last year, a line-up comprised of some of Rock and Roll’s best-known front men, including Jack Bruce of Cream and current and former members of Jefferson Airplane, Styx, Traffic, Deep Purple, Grand Funk Railroad, Blue Oyster Cult, the Grateful Dead, Yes and others gathered to stage a two-day classic rock concert.
“The event was a huge success for the Town of Cary,” said Cary Mayor Harold Weinbrecht. “We are so proud to be able to bring this level of entertainment back to the area and I look forward to rolling out the welcome mat for this year’s artists, Rock Hall staff and our out-of-town guests.”
Ticket information and the show line-up, which is near completion, will be released next month.
