Today’s Charlotte Observer reports that Charlotte snackmaker Lance does not use products involved in the recent massive peanut butter recall. Their products have not been recalled. Local snackmaker Austin, however, is a part of Nabisco Kellogg and IS a part of the recall . The recall includes all peanut butter sandwich products with the Austin or Keebler brand, as well as snack-size packs of Famous Amos peanut butter cookies and Keebler Soft Batch Homestyle peanut butter cookes.
