The Charlotte Observer has obtained the salaries for 108,207 of the state’s public servants . It is astonishing how many state government employees make well over $100,000 per year, well above the median annual household income of $56,150.
BCS Championship Game Coming in 3D to Wakefield
This year’s BCS Championship game on January 8 between Oklahoma and Florida is being shown in 3D in 80 U.S. theaters. There are no theaters (so far) selected for Charlotte. However there one theater in the Triangle that made the list: the
Marquee Wakefield 12
. Tickets are expected to be in the $20 range, and can be purchased at the theater.
