Much better and cheaper than somewhere like Blinco's. Give it a try.

TV's, beer, good looking waitresses, and a great location should prove to be a cool spot. If I lived in 222, I would be psyched!

As other cities ban smoking in bars, I have often wished that this issue was left to the market. Not that I am a fan of smoking, but I am less of a fan of the nanny-state that legislates what is good for us.

Some items like the strip mentioned above are not things I would seek out in a place like this, but I'd rather see an ambitious menu than a dumbed down sports bar menu. The wine list seems a little out of bounds to me, but again, maybe the Amra's clientele will prove that wrong. Non smoking is awesome, I wish there were more non smoking places in Raleigh.

What is this, Sullivans? Wine prices are high too. $11 glass but $33 for the bottle? Obviously they don't want to sell glasses of wine.
