From what I've seen though, this project is a good one. Raleigh needs more of these projects. There are so many areas that that wouldn't require the city to expand on the perimeter.

I rarely make it over that way, but drove by recently and thought it was pretty well laid out. If you wanted to, you could actually walk to the stores from the sidewalk--no huge parking lot to block your way. I guess the parking is in the back/underneath.

Although I am no fan of Camille's since I think they serve a "Bread Sandwich", it is not that bad and I think Chipoltle is better than Salsarita's, it is still nice to see them in the city instead of just out in Brier Creek.
