Herons Names New Chef
TBJ is reporting that Herons has announced Paul Kellum as their new executive chef replacing Phil Evans. Kellum comes by way of the Blue Moon Restaurant (Vail) and Great Wolf Lodge (Williamsburg).

I heard Phil Evans was going to open his own restaurant in the Triangle, so this turns out to be a win-win.
