Bad Company & Doobies Coming to TWC

badco The original members of Bad Company , Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs and Simon Kirke, are reuniting for 10 exclusive concerts in the U.S., and Raleigh gets one of the dates. The concert will be at Time Warner Pavilion on June 23.

The Doobie Brothers will be the opening act. Their current lineup features original members Tom Johnston (guitar/vocals), Pat Simmons (guitars/vocals), John McFee (guitars), and Michael Hossack (drums).

    Wow! Bad Company and the Allman brothers at Walnut Creek! When was the last time that happened? I swear the lineup at Walnut Creek is like Groundhog Day. Every season or two is the exact same as the last. I know we are restricted to what Bands are touring and that the same Bands tour constantly, but mix it up a bit. The music scene in Raleigh is so stale! Hopefully U2 makes it official at CFS.

    Bad Company/10 from 6 is one of the greatest albums of all time. I did a lot of “work” to that album back in the day. WAAAYYY back…

    Please say Paul Rodgers stopped touring with Queen. I sat in astonishment at how awful that combo was/is. Thanks for going back to where you belong Paul!
